I hold a hemorrhoid, it is VERY tight, what do I do?
I went to the ER yesterday, I thought maybe I have something severely wrong with me. This thing is HUGE. The Dr said it be a hemorrhoid. He said to use prep h, and some stool softeners. The thing is, I have not strained beside a BM. I have had hemorrhoids surrounded by the past, never like this. It hurts so fruitless, I cant sit, stand or even lay down. Could it be something else? I read a little about anal abscess. Any help would be great.

Well it is hemorrhoid. The thing is if those medicine wasn't doing any good then better dance for a surgery.
Better see a surgeon soon and discus about it!
Wish u luck!
Don't try to self diagnose...even if you haven't strained with a BM that doesn't plan it isn't a hemorrhoid...he is suggesting these treatments in order to hold your stools soft so you prevent making the problem worse...Hemorrhoids that are external (which if you can see it, it is) are fairly obvious...I would right to be heard to follow his advice and treatments and give it a few days...if you find no nouns or begin to bleed or run a temp or any other new symptoms go down, I would make a follow up appointment with your physician and narrate them everything you are writing here...Good Luck--I know this is uncomfortable, but it does get better...
