HEMORRHOIDS ... requirement assistance?
im 16, and just found out i actually do hold external hemorrhoids. i haven't told my mom or anyone, and dont think its its manditory i see a doctor .. i did research about it and it newly said eat tons of fibre, drink lots of dampen and a couple other things .. does anyone know other ways to cure or treat this on my own? anyone have advice? tips? anything?
Don't frenzy Hon. get some cream from the Pharmacy, that will soothe the pain (it usually have a small amount of local anaesthetic in it). Make sure you keep your cellulose intake high & drinks lots of water. This will stop constipation & irritation of yr hemorrhoids.
Unfortunately there is no way to cure them on your own. They will be nearby until you have them removed. You can increase your fiber which will help the symptoms. I mix 2 tablespoons of Metamucil surrounded by 8 oz of water every morning, and then drink another 8 oz chalice of water. It has definitly allivated the symptoms.

Also sit in a bathtub beside hot water for 20 mins. a day( called a sitz bath). Use "Tucks" or kid wipes to wipe with (Tucks is better as it's soothing). Hydrocortizone cream beside a high strenth (like Anusol HC) a doc can prescribe will help. If not use an over-the-counter hydrocortizone cream for nouns.
