Is it conventional for hemorrhoids to throb/spasm? Does this be determined they are getting worse?

ouch. mine did that when I was pregnant. they nouns like they are worse. make sure you are not letting yourself catch constipated, take a stoof softener and get some tucks pad to wipe with. ouch that makes me hurt.

How do you get hemorrhoids? I've never had them/ it. I don't really figure out what they are and how you get them. Sounds horrible.
