Bump on anus, is it hemorrhoids?...?

okay so i have this bump there it feel like its on the inside of the skin, kinda like a bead. I own had tiny amounts of blood in stools back, only ever very enormously minimal. and it seems to irritate it if i wipe too much or too hard.
From what ive read it sounds resembling hemmoroids? am i right?
Also how can i treat it with out people poking arount down near?

There are like mad of ways to treat it on your own, the most common would be taking sitz bath. It's easier when I use plastic sitz hip bath because it doesn't require me to sit on a tub since it can be placed on the bowl.
I've also added more fiber to my diet to avoid constipation (this is the usual cause of bleeding, hard stools).
