Proctologist and Rubber fastening ligation for hemorrhoids?

I am considering visiting the proctologist to have a hemorrhoid removed and I be wondering how much should I expect to pay for the visit and how much for the Rubber Band Ligation? I don't own health insurance and this is why it concerns me.
