Bleeding .. is it hemorrhoids?

I've noticed that after a bowel movement, when I wipe, there's a little blood at hand. It's bright red. I've had this a few times in times past, and I dismissed it as hemorrhoids or just irritation from constipation, diarrhea, etc. Should I be concerned? There's no pain at adjectives. My digestion and "habits" are all the same. I'm lone 29 years old. Any thoughts?
Answers:
Scant bright red bleeding on wiping is most likely to be "hemorrhoids." Hemorrhoids refer to generous veins that actually circle the anus that are prone to becoming varicose and swollen (because of excessive squeezing from constipation or from blood clots within the veins) or injury (from excessive abrasion from wiping).

Neither one of these conditions is particularly harmful, but they can be exquisitely bumpy. There are actually two sets of hemorrhoidal veins, external and internal. The external ones are covered surrounded by nerves and very painful if they become injured or swollen. The internal ones do not own nerves and are almost completely painless when they bleed.

The worst outcome of hemorrhoids is that the vein becomes so swollen, it act like a little polyp and in fact gets stretched out from the constant abuse. This can sort it very easy to bleed, as resourcefully as being a little unusual having a polyp sticking out your anus. Needless to say, most ethnic group have surgery for this or to prevent this.

For all hemorrhoids, have a diet with enough fiber and smaller quantity low-residue foods (meats) will prevent and in many cases reverse problems from hemorrhoids. Gentle wipe or using dampened wipes may help as powerfully.

As always, discuss these and any questions beside your doctor.
Yes you should be concerned. Any rectal bleeding needs to be checked out at the docs department right away. You mention constipation and diarrhea so if you have both of these you should have see the doc a long time ago to get this under control. See a doc very soon and get this checked out. Since you had time to post this cross-examine here midday then you have time to send for your docs office and make the appointment to see him right away too. Call immediately when you read this.
Your constipation is cause you problem. I had the same item except that I was leaking lots of blood. I be worried so I went to the doctor just to see if I don't enjoy any disease. And I ended finding out that it was adjectives from constipation and he told me to use metemusil for helping you use the toilet
Bleeding during bowel movement is very common sign of hemorrhoids.

However, I wouldn't articulate to just wait that they'll disappear, because this is not what hemorrhoids mostly are doing. Their tendency is to develop further and further, and become a real headache in the a..

Unless you feel them at the entrance of your rectum, you most probably enjoy internal hemorrhoids, they are placed above the dentate line (deeper inside the a..s) and are painless, unless they protrude (prolapse).

I had ulcerative colitis (cured it next to 100% natural honey of chestnut), and as consequence internal hemorrhoids.

Probably just hemorrhoids but go to your doc to brand name sure thats all it is.
I would say it isn't inflict for alarm at the moment. I believe it's somewhat normal --esp if you've been have difficulty going to the br if you know what I mean. Definitely keep an eye on it though. If the amount of blood increases or if it continues consistently over a couple of days, acquire it checked out.

p.s. you would know if it were hemorrhoids, they are extremely painful.
I love it
blood in stool can be a precurser to rectal cancers. seize a colonoscopy done by your doctor to check out the problem.
Sounds like roids. Concerned, no.

Blood contained by your stools is an indication of internal bleeding. Bright red blood that you get off the tissue when you wipe is from external bleeding, i.e. roids. Source(s): Experience beside colorectal cancer
It doesn't sound resembling you have hemorrhoids. You normally can see and perceive hemorrhoids since there usually external and occasionally internal and are very aching. It looks like you have blood within your stool and should make an appointment to see a doctor asap. You will probably need colonoscopy to check for the possibility of polyps or any other abnormality. A colonoscopy is a look into the rectum and colon through a long narrow tube with a lantern and a tiny lens at the end.
You shoud get hold of an examination by a doctor just to be o the sheltered side. It sounds like haemorrhoids to me but I can't see the real picture. Don't rob a chance.
No need to worry. It's most probable hemorrhoids and sometimes stool can be irritating to the rectal area and make ya bleed a short time all is good. If you are extremely concerned telephone your doctor. Source(s): 13 yrs in medicine
yup, bright red blood is hemmorhoids. You might want to consider some hydrocortizone suppositories for a day or two, or at lowest possible take some docusate gel caps to verbs the stool so those hemmorhoids can calm down. Source(s): RN
wtf.
you effing freak.
Bright red, no worries, overcast red, see your doctor. Hemorrhoids are the primary cause of bright red. Dark red indicates something internal and more serious.
You could have a bleeding spot in your stomach or intestines, I would def. see a dr. Unattending to it could lead to foremost problems.
