Wondering nearly long permanent status use of cortisone unguent for hemorrhoids ,is it risk-free?

I've been using it for 3 or 4 day treatments once every couple of months.Doctor give me some repeats& it works very well but every once contained by a while it comes back.so I'm wondering if long term use will effect other problems.

you know is use to use all the creams and ointment and wipes and then a co worker told roughly some herbs she used that got rid of her hemorrhoids and i said why not i've spent a fortune on creams and wipe why not give it a try so i ordered a bottle online and no more than 20 days later the hemorrhoids be gone and so far have never come back
