Hemorrhoid thats bleeding through my clothes?
I am 23, and I have always have Bowel issues as long as I can remember. I have had a hemorrhoid for years and it have never given me too much trouble. In the last week I have gotten another hemorrhoid. It is really painful, and not only does it bleed it wont stop bleeding. It have gone through my pants. Should I be concerned or is this typically what happens? I looked at it near a mirror and there was a huge clot on the outside of it, it burst and is still bleeding. Im sorry this is so disgusting. If anyone have dealt with something similar i'd appreciate any counsel!

I was forced to borrow a pad from my wife to control the bleeding. I go to my doctor, who sent me to a proctologist. Long story short I will have to have my hemorrhoids removed via an outpatient procedure.
You really need to go the doctor. You can lose a great deal of blood as they sound severe. Get this taken care of ASAP.
