Why do I receive hemorrhoids so repeatedly?
I don't understand... I drink lots of water, put away only whole grain, eat tons of vegetables, I don't force my stool... I don't pick up heavy things... I don't know what I'm doing wrong. What else cause hemorrhoids? I plan on seeing the doctor in the next month or two... but I don't own insurance, so I have to wait :( Please, any lend a hand is greatly appreciated.
