I am 16 and i reflect on i get hemorrhoids please assist as i'm panicky.?
so you all know where they are, so yeah i give attention to i got them, it's a lump, not to big or to small, just atmosphere sized and it's on the outer of the hole, i think it's under the skin, it be never there before, formerly when you go toilet, on some paper in that was a tiny small extremely small spec of bright red blood, Very small, but no lump, so i though it as not a problem, not there's a lump but no blood,
im shy to go to the doctor, so previously i do anything with them i would like to know of any intuitive medicine or anything to help, such as foods to get through or what to do before i resort going to the doctor, im only 16 and i'm sort of startled, please help. thank you.

Don't be scared, it's unprocessed. At this stage you do not necessarily need to go to the doctor unless the lump starts to turn red or purple or if you don't see any change within a week or so. But I would suggest you go to your nearest drug store and bring some hemorrhoidal cream and use that. That should help take the swelling down and cut pain. If you dont' see any changes surrounded by a week or so I would strongly suggest you go to the doctor. I know it can be embarrasing, but your life is more big than your pride. Hope this helps. Please don't be scared. It sounds like a hemorrhoid but I REALLY suggest that you consult a Dr. to be sure. If it is considerable enough, the doctor may decide to remove it. It's not as desperate as it sounds. I know it is embarrassing but I guarantee you the doctors has appear them before. In the mean time, in that are over the counter treatments that can reduce the swelling and pain if you are experiencing any. Hemorrhoids are recurrently caused by constipation, changing your diet may sustain but it is NOT necessarily going to prevent them. It's just one of those thing surrounded by life you may just own to live with. You are not alone. :)
