5 weeks preggo, hemorrhoids or something more?

I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have not been constipated at adjectives, but feel very humiliated in my rear nouns. I have also been endorsement blood when I do poop. But as I said, I'm not constipated. The blood is bright red & at one time looked like it had splattered inside the toilet, so there's more than simply a little bit. Yesterday it even stained my panties.

Should I be concerned that this is something more than hemorrhoids?
