Hemorrhoids, Herpes, or ? Please Help!!?
This is embarrassing, but.... I have tested positive for herpes through a blood trial, but I have never had an outbreak. My problem presently is that I think I may have hemorrhoids (mostly internal), but I'm worried that possibly it is anal herpes instead? I have never had anal sex, but I own heard that you can still have an anal outbreak regardless.
For a few months very soon, I have seen for a while bit of blood on the toilet paper when I wipe, but it has other been a small amount. There have be a couple of little tears now and then, so I figure that was the cause of the bleeding. I own had itching too.
The past few days, my symptoms enjoy been a little worse. I'm not sure why I initially arranged to do this, but I took a mirror to the bathroom and held it so that I could see my anus as I was pushing out. A couple really swollen looking and bright red things come out past my anus, and walk back in.
I forgot to mention that I hold been taking a diet pill, for about a month. I enjoy been having diarrhea, but it started after I started taking the pills, so I have an idea that its related to just that. I say this to point out that I enjoy not been constipated, so I haven't had to push too rock-hard to go to the bathroom. However, now that I see the swollen looking red things that come out, I be aware of like I am having to push harder because It feel like I need to push extra to capture the stool to go past the red things. I know this is features of gross, but I took a couple of pictures (clean) in case I can convey them to someone to help with a diagnosis. I've be reading and it seems like my symptoms can tumble under anal herpes, hemorrhoids, and even inflammatory bowel disease. Please help!

The bleeding sounds like Hemorrhoids but you should turn to the gyno just in satchel. I have the same issue. I found out give or take a few Herpes thru blood test with no symptoms and have a hemorrhoid sticking out of my butt sometimes. Doc checked it out and everything was fine.
I enjoy tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry.
