Hemorrhoid at the age of 13?

I am 13 years old and I think I enjoy a hemorrhoid. 2 weeks ago my butt hole has been itching profoundly, so I tryed washing it with fragrance free soap, and it be still itching! after a week it stopped itching, but when I pooped, my butt hole would hurt a lot! so I decided to check it, and I hold a hemorrhoid sticking out, I don't know what to do! I don't want to get it surgically removed! is there any other route too stop the pain, besides surgery? Is there something wrong beside me? is it unnormal for a 13 year old to have a hemorrhoid?!
