(TMI alert) Hemorrhoids and stitches after slog?
If you have hemorrhoids before you step into labour and you end up need to be stitched, how do they do it?
(With my first pregnancy, I had no hemorrhoids when I was giving birth, have to be stitched following a forceps delivery, and 2 days later I concluded up with hemorrhoids coming out through the stitches. It was agony and I done up having my stitches cut out 2 days later.)
Answers:
Haemorrhoids are the vein in your anus (bum) which get swollen during pregnancy they can protrude and itch when you have need of to poo.
Where they cut you to assist the delivery of your baby is your perineum, they don't truly cut you anus so you shouldn't get haemorrhoids coming through the wound? Obviously pushing during labour can product haemorrhoids worse. Talk to your midwife about your concerns when you go into slog Source(s): had 2 kids, one ventouse delivery near a cut
hopefully you will not need to be stitches that far and probably second time around you will not need stitches at adjectives
