Hemorrhoids!? Help me!?

I have been pushing really complex when I poo for about a week to make sure I finish my poo, I know, really childish, and I think I have an internal hemorrhoid, when I bend over, push knotty and look into the mirror, I see something red come out, and it covers the whole hole.

I'm very terrified, I told my mum, but she said it's nothing.

Please help me, do I hold it?
It looks like it.

I haven't bled yet, no blood on the tissue, no anguish either.

Please reply, I need backing! Oh, and do they ever go away? Or do they stay forever? If they don't, how can I make it travel away?

Hi I have lately found the following information on hemorrhoids for you, so hopefully you can decide what to do next
Hemorrhoids are swollen anal varicose vein. These veins can become so stretch that they push with extreme force, next rupture and bleed. The hemorrhoids cause rectal bleeding, pain, burning, inflammation, irritation and itching, since the swollen tissues are difficult to keep hold of clean.

There are several potential causes of hemorrhoids. The most typical cause include excessive straining during a bowel movement, aging, pregnancy, chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, and anal intercourse. Those who are already experiencing hemorrhoids can irritate them further by excessively straining, cleaning, or rubbing the area.

There are several things a person can do at home to treat hemorrhoids, though most treatments are intended to relieve the symptoms and do not necessarily get rid of the problem. One of the best treatments a person can use to receive relief from hemorrhoids is to soak in a tub of reheat water for approximately ten minutes. Nothing should be added to the water while soaking.

Many anorectal problems, including fissures, fistulae, abscess, or irritation and itching, also called pruritus ani, have similar symptoms and are incorrectly referred to as hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids usually are not death-defying or life threatening. In most cases, hemorrhoidal symptoms will go away inwardly a few days.

Although many people own hemorrhoids, not all experience symptoms.

The causes of hemorrhoids include genetic predisposition (weak rectal artery walls and/or valves), excessive time (over 1 minute daily) and straining during bowel movements, and chronic bowel straining or pressure due to poor posture or muscle tone. Constipation, bouts of diarrhea, poor bathroom habits (reading on the toilet or multiple cleaning attempts), pregnancy, and fiber-deprived Western diet can all foster the conditions that bring hemorrhoids.

Other factors that contribute to hemorrhoids include aging, heredity, bouts of diarrhea, using laxatives. For women, pregnancy is repeatedly a factor as the fetus puts pressure on the hemorrhoidal veins. Fortunately, in most instances, hemorrhoids self-heal. This manner that unless you do something to cause flare ups (i.e. continue to strain when defecating or enjoy chronic constipation or diarrea) most hemorrhoids resolve themselves without any intervention.
