Serious Question for MATURE folks lone - I reflect I may hold hemorrhoids?
Okay so i'm not exactly sure if this is hemorrhoids, but sometimes when I poo, blood comes out - not a lot.
The thing is I am never constipated and my stool never comes out frozen.
I know I should go to the doctors but there is no instrument in hell I'm letting them look at my behind, never mind stick their finger surrounded by there.
I rather only take a stool sample or blood question paper.
So what do you guys think this may be?
and is there any other road of being tested for this.
If there isn't I guess I'll of late live with this :)
Hemorrhoids can be very bloody, do you feel like you contained by a lot of pain? Go see your doctor, they'll most imagined ask you for a stool sample or blood test, so don't verbs ^^
best wishes
It's unlikely that you have a hemorrhoid as you would feel lots of itching and/or affliction. Instead, what you probably have is a minor fissure or tear effective the hole to your anus. You can put a little bit of triple antibiotic ointment on it, and see if it get rid of the blood. If the blood is showing up in the bowel itself (and not just when you wipe), consequently it's a sign of infection and it's time to see a doctor.
You really shouldn't be embarrassed roughly this kind of stuff with your doctor. I individually suffer from hemorrhoids ever since I went into labor with my first child. The mode you describe things it sounds like you have internal hemorrhoids, obviously this is not to replace the advice of a doctor. Your story reminds me of a loved one's. What happened is he go to the toilet one day (he too never constipated etc. nor had any previous issues) and bursting the toilet with bright red blood. We called the doctor straight away - cause when you see blood coming out of your orifices you should always enjoy it checked out to ensure it isn't something more serious and you are banging your head against a wall - and they did an exam (yes it be a finger exam I will not lie to you). It really is rather hasty and you shouldn't be embarrassed.
So lets bring to the point, I strongly reccomend you go to the doctor, my loved one had surgery and have them removed and it was his biggest regret to date, he really suffered after, only to eventually hold them come back. He now have learned how to live with them and avoid have flare ups.
1. Enter more fibre in your diet, you may contemplate you are not constipated and probably are not to the point that it would be noticable but clearly things are not coming out as they should are they! And if it isn't possible some psyllium powder or capsules should do the trick (if you do take them, be mindful to start of beside a small dose (1/2 a teaspoon) per day and work your way up to the dose reccommend by the factory owner to not cause gas. And always embezzle it 3 hours before or 1 hour after you have taken any of your perscribed medication if you crop up to take any cause it can affect the incorporation of your medication. And you must drink lots of water with psyllium husk use impose you can seriously constipate yourself if you use it without drinking water as economically throughout the day.
2. Wipe with little one wipes, so as not to irritate the area after a toilet call round.
3. Use some preparation H suppositories or something like that for the inflammation to go away.
4. Do not push while on the toilet, things should develop on their own, if you find yourself pushing you are remaining in a state prone to inflaming the hemorroids. This would mean you hold to include more fibre in your diet, by tallying more ruffage either through foods high within fibre or with the stuff I stated above.
After you hold dealt with the episode you essentially have to go into prevention, and that from our experience is a trial and error situation, you enjoy to find what works best for you. This was our experience, cause things get pretty bad for my loved one, he now is extremely systematic in the order of his psyllium husk use and has not had any issues since.
Best of luck, and please call round your doctor to make sure you are okay, and only own hemorroids.
It could be hemorrhoids or it could be something called anal fissures which is necessarily tiny cuts on the inside causes from large or tricky stool. You would have to have a doctor examine you and do test if you want to find out. Try taking a stool softener for a while and see if the problem stops. If it doesn't, you should definitely see a doctor because it could be something more serious.
Hemorrhoids are caused by 2 things. 1) constipation and 2) straining while having a BM. If you hold back from both of these you should not have the problem. There is no stool sample or blood testing for hemorrhoids. A stool sample only rules out other GI bleeding. They can solely be diagnosised by exam and many doctors will just run your word for it.
Many hemorrhoids will bleed a bit. The blood you would see would be a very slight amount usually when you wipe yourself. Hemorrhoids can be both internal and external, can itch and cause dull pain. There are OTC treatments available such as Preparation H in cream and wipes that relieve discomfort. Do not strain when you hold a BM, increase fiber in your diet or take a stool softner day after day as needed for constipation. Most hemorrhoids will resolve themselves. Warm salt water soaks contained by the tub also help. Source(s): RN (And plenty of personal experience) ;-)
They will ask for a stool sample not a big deal Source(s): ER paramedic
