Prostate problem or hemorrhoids?
i've been having a outlook that something in my prostate/perineum area is enlarged. i discern this when i am sitting down. i know i have some external hemorrhoids, but i'm not sure if what i'm feeling is internal. is it possible that a hemorrhoid could affect my prostate? i've be having difficulty urinating and a slight burning pain within my urethra (NOT while urinating). any help is appreciated.

Any bleeding or pain coming from the anus should be checked by a professional to rule out more serious conditions.
Bleeding and/or backache from the anal channel does not only relate to hemorrhoids or piles it can also be cause by much more serious conditions such as cancer or polyps (small growths in the anal channel).
Medical professionals can do an examination of the rectum through a tube. The procedure is certain as proctoscopy and is absolutely necessary to rule out cancer or polyps.
I would reccomend that you do not fool around beside this. Go and see a doctor as soon as possible. If it turns out that you do have hemorrhoids you will find some very valuable advice on the site below and a free report to find out:
