Tucks medicated pads are sold over the counter at your drugstore.
Hemorroids evolve to everyone and you should never be afraid to tell your mom especially since most pregnant women get them. She'll work out. :)
They don't last forever and can heal on their own.
No, it's not really bad. I also own some good news for you. You CAN get hold of rid of a hemorrhoid forever, and it doesn't require surgery either. You currently most likely hold a varicose vein at the rectum- which is what a hemorrhoid really is. Blood gets trapped surrounded by the little veins because of the pressure of the hard stool, and you straining to go beyond it. That strain is partially what made the little lump. Being overweight doesn't necessarily cause them, it's freshly a factor that makes you a better candidate. But skinny folks near bad diets get them too. Now the cure is in principle simple. You simply eat a lot better. Concentrate on drinking your veggies, salads, and whole grain foods resembling oatmeal. You want to make sure you drink plenty of water and other fluids as economically. Take your time in the bathroom too, and don't strain to go. If you quality like you have to strain, later you need either a stool softener or a drinkable fiber mix to comfort. With diet changes, that little lump should go away inside a few months. To prevent it returning though, you have to keep up near the good diet and avoid getting constipated. If you don't then that little lump will gain bigger, and eventually it will break open and bleed. That is where the physical burn and pain come in, and those are a bit more difficult to win rid of. Yours represents a weak spot in the nouns, and you are having your first warning. If you heed the advisory and change your diet now, it will run away. But it will return fairly quickly if you stop engrossed, and it can return with a vengence. For now, newly eat your veggies and whole grain. Go easy on red meat and white bread, too. Good luck dear. And if it does cause you discomfort, a word to your mom can receive you some Tucks pads and ointment to facilitate with that. As far as the embarassment factor, your mom already knows where on earth the dimples are. This is the lady who changed your diapers after all. She won't give attention to a thing about it, except for making you better. In reality, in the process of having you, she imagined had a few hemorrhoids show up as well, and will know exactly what to do for you. Fortunately nobody dies of embarassment anyway. Good luck dear. Eat your veggies and speak with your mom. Source(s): nurse, mom of 4
