Doc first then cream and after push push push.. it's painful as hell but once your able to push it final in the pain kindda get better but it will be sore for a couple of days Source(s): pregnant sis had it
Also if you will try some hot Epsom salt bath it will help a large amount. Then use the cream that will help too. Between the two it helps closely the epsom salts takes some of the swelling down. I own a friend who had the surgery and that was the worse item she ever had. So if you can keep from have it that is best.

use the cream to put it back in--you need to see a doctor as they will solitary get worse and painful--mabe they have something unsullied now to treat them but in times past it eventually led to surgery--if you are bleeding that will also get worse
